Very knowledgeable
100% satisfied with our experience with Aqua Pros and especially Mary. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly set us up for success. As soon as the tub was on-line she drove to our house to run through features and weekly and monthly maintenance. We looked at other shops and they didn't even come close to the level of service. We're very happy with our Marquis Elite Vegas.
Just bought our new Vegas elite hot tub from Aqua Pros. These guys are so professional, punctual and reasonable! I asked for the hot tub to be delivered within a week which I figured was a big ask and they delivered within days. They gave me a step by step tutorial on how to work the hot tub and exactly what I needed to do to include a “cheat sheet” that Mary made me! Absolutely fantastic. Very very pleased and certainly worth the money!
I’m only sad there isn’t a lower rating!. Zero-0- stars! The staff at the Bedford store — Bob — couldn’t have been more rude to my wife. We purchased a hot tub out of area and brought it to our new home in Huddleston. We contacted Aqua Pros for support around setting up our hot tub and getting the chemicals right. Bob said.- “you want to go and buy the hot tub from somewhere else and then use us”.
