Daron recently sold my late mother's home for me and I found the service he gave was excellent. The very personal touch given to the description of the home was perfect, the photos taken were professionally done and weekly feed back on the progress of the sale was greatly appreciated. Daron was more than happy to answer any questions I had either by phone or email. I was very happy with the professional service I received and would not hesitate to sell through Daron at AQUA in the future. worthy of my 5 stars
The PM (Katrina Lynch) and the head PM (Julie Gumley) are very unprofessional. 1 star does not deserve for them at all. They never do a proper inspections for the property they should take responsible for. Too much lies. Be aware. I do not reccomend using them at all after dealing nearly 10 years with them. At the end my property ended up like a junk house. They were way too late to act and let us know that tenant was far behind in rent. They advised us to sell the house instead to get their own profits. Such a scam. Too man... read more

Would not use as a vendor or buyer. Made an offer on a property heard nothing back. Was accused of being an investor. Rude and arrogant.
