We have owned an Aquabot for many years and are now on our second one. The first one worked great when it worked, so after several repairs, we invested in a new one last year. At the beginning of the season (May), this year, it would not move, so we sent it in for repair, which they did for no charge. We did pay a $50.00 shipping fee.
