Our burst hot water pipe created a slow leak under the slab. The easy solution would be to rip up the floorboards and jackhammer the slab, and for many that would be the approach to the problem. James was upfront that this might be what's needed, but said there was a chance of a simpler and less destructive solution if there was a conduit carrying the water pipes. He came to fix a leaking main water pipe he could only come on a Saturday morning. Turned up on time and did a great job. Hard worker and a great guy. Nothing but praise here as I’d been messed about by a couple of other companies. 100% recommend him.
