made the mistake of going somewhere else for hot tub chemicals one time when they were closed and it completely messed up my hot tub. I won’t go anywhere else again. Their probiotic system is simple to use and far easier than dealing with traditional chemicals. It keeps everything balanced without the hassle. Purchased a hot tub in 2024 best customer service and so knowledgeable in every aspect of the hot tub.We had an issue with programming the tub because we are terrible with following instructions and we messed it up. I called asking if they had anyone that they used to service the hot tub . They returned my call promptly even though they were on vacation and walked me through the over the phone and fixed the problem in less that 5 minutes.Cant say enough on how helpful and friendly aqua pro is and the hot tub that we purchase... read more
