Michelle and DJ are super nice and helpful, they really love their business and customers. I hate that we have had such a bad product from a very bad customer service company like Jacuzzi. We have only had our hot tub for 4 years and my husband already had to work on it once, and we still have a hot tub that the frame is completely disintegrated.
