Purchased our in ground pool from Mark at Aqua Pools back in 2017. From the very beginning Mark and his staff have been very helpful with this “ new to the pool” guy. Opened the pool over the weekend. Was having trouble getting the pump to prime. Mark supplied couple of “nuggets” from behind his desk that solved the problem. He sure knows his stuff. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very happy that I shopped Aqua.
I am not one to write reviews good or bad. I gave the owner/manager the opportunity to call me and discuss but he hasn’t. Yesterday my wife was treated so poorly at this place of business that she called me from the car unable to drive home due to her crying and having an anxiety attack. The woman they have working the front needs to learn some professionalism and etiquette. She yelled at my wife continuously and argued with her insistently even though she was wrong.
