Awfull experience. Rude . Non professionnal. Never show up. Order a liner mid May. Now it is July and still dont have a fonctional pool. Liner has defects. Tried To fix the problem for 5 minutes then left the pool Since ( 1 week and half ) with the problem. Will have to go back from the beginning. July month is ruined. It is only 2 month of summer.
The worst service provider I have ever seen ìn my life! ... scheduled twice to come and open my pool and didn't show up! Didn't even call to apologize or reschedule. So I brought another guy to do the job and it turned out that they have damaged the heater during pool closing. Then again after 10 calls and follow-ups and finally going there personally, I was informed that they won't fix the problem within the time that they said they would! as the result our plan to have a pool party was ruined. Don't even think about using their service. So rude, irresponsible and messy. Customer's satisfaction doesn't important for them at all.
Awesome job building our pool! Love that they are local and respond to any questions we might have. We also use them for opening and closing and they do a fantastic and efficient job..Highly recommend this friendly and caring company!
