We hired this company for a custom pool installation. A deposit of over 25k was paid for the next phase after shell installation. After initial activity, progress slowed and then stopped. Despite repeated attempts to get updates, we did not receive clear communication or a timeline for completion. The project remained unfinished and no refund was provided. This was our experience.
