We decided to put a pool in our backyard and began the research process in late summer/early fall. We chose Aqua Pool Pros last year because they were able to get our project started much sooner than any other company! Larry and Jason (our project manager) have been great about keeping us informed of the progress. We have had some delays due to unforeseen problems (weather, crew,etc) but they have been upfront about everything. Jim from Aqua Pool Pros was great, he did exactly what he promised. He installed my new variable speed pool pump that i bought on Amazon and it works perfectly. I highly recommend Jim and Aqua Pool Pros.
Larry and his team installed an inground pool for us. Larry explained the different options and recommended what would work best for our yard, and exceeded expectations .The communication, and professionalism of the team was amazing , a process that could have been stressful was nothing but a smooth process. We are having a very large inground pool installed by Aqua Pool Pros. Being that it is off-season and cold, the installation is not yet complete. However, it is anticipated that it will be completed first thing, as soon as the weather allows. That said, so far, we are very happy with the service provided by Aqua Pool Pros.
