I reached out to Aqua Pools to simply get a sand filter tank replaced. When I first called, no one answered and I was told to leave a voicemail. I did, and I never received a call back. After waiting an entire day, I had to follow up myself. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told to text them pictures of my tank for a quote, instead of them simply assisting me on the call. Anyways, I sent photos and explained what I needed. I had an air leak in pump which was driving me crazy. I had others attempt to figure it out but no luck. Josh and Jeffrey came out and found the air leak within a short time. They were so knowledgeable about pools and were fun and professional to interact with. Thanks Aqua pools! Encourage new staff to capture Josh’s knowledge!
Ran by to have water tested and they did it quickly with an excellent report and instructions on what the pool needed. They also asked if we were good on chemicals. 5-star service.
