We’ve now been waiting over TWO YEARS for our community pool to be finished…TWO YEARS!?!? It’s 95% complete and Aqua Pool Care can’t be bothered to return our phone calls or simply complete the project that should have been wrapped up in 2022. This company is a sad joke.

Our pool has looked like this for over a year. We have trees growing from it now. It was supposed to be finished in February 2023. All we hear is excuses. Don’t use this company. We will remove this review if they make it right. Tom Scott

We are residents at Riverstead, a gated agrihood in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mts. We have been waiting for over 2 years for our community pool to be finished and it’s been one excuse after another. Now this is the second summer my kids & I have watched a hole in the ground instead of getting a refreshing swim. Two other residents used this same company and had nightmares getting this company to finish their contracts. Do not use them. Also they will take down negative FB reviews instead of just making it right IRL.

The community in which I live has been waiting for over two years for Richard with Aqua Pool Care to finish the community pool. Richard has constantly missed deadline that he himself set. The communication has been terrible. I would not recommend this company unless you are just trying to postpone having a pool installed. I work with many subcontractors daily with no issues. Two years - of inconsistency - no shows and flat out lies.
