Jack was absolutely wonderful. He arrived at my home to fix a plumbing leak. Jack was polite, professional, and fast; definitely a people person. Thank you Jack for your awesome service!
This is the second time that Honeserv has assigned this company to do work in my home. Both times I have been disappointed because of a missed call. Instead of calling again he just came and my person wasn’t here yet. We tried calling the office and texting the plumber but got no response.
Trash.. The assigned plumber came in And didn’t even try. Called my warranty company and they sent out another company for a second opinion and the problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes. If this company is preferred decline and request another company.
The plumber, Jack, is trustworthy, affordable, and truly cares about his customers! Thank you Aqua Plus! You have a customer for life! THANK YOU!
