This company is awful and does not stand by their work. On 8/29 I paid $250 for them to come out and fix the igniter on my hot water heater. At the time, I felt the charge was unreasonable but I paid it. Three weeks later I had to turn the gas off to the house and lo and behold, my gas water heater won’t ignite again! When I call back they try to charge me the price of an emergency call and refuse to come fix their work! This is a company that I have used for plumbing and routine AC work for years! Had a complicated electrical problem at my home. Special thanks to Mike, the supervisor of the electrical repair department who for coming out and diagnosing the problem and putting together. the work around to solve it!

These jokers came out to my home yesterday, & informed me that I needed a NEW AC unit… they quoted it at $11,000. I immediately got a bad feeling from the technician, as he simply did not seem honest. He barely looked at the unit, & came up with the conclusion that it was fried by lighting, & needed to be replaced. This guy tried to take advantage of my 80 year old mother. My mother called last night for an emergency. She was told someone will call her back. After an hour, no one called. She called the number back and was apologized that no one reached out. My mother told person on the phone that we got the situation handled for the ight and we will make do with what we have. Mother ended up calling first thing in the morning and was told someone will be out here by 1p. After 2pm, mother was told driver was in accident and vehicle got towed. We were concerned for driver and asked if he was OK.... read more
