This company is awful and does not stand by their work. On 8/29 I paid $250 for them to come out and fix the igniter on my hot water heater. At the time, I felt the charge was unreasonable but I paid it. Three weeks later I had to turn the gas off to the house and lo and behold, my gas water heater won’t ignite again! When I call back they try to charge me the price of an emergency call and refuse to come fix their work! This is a company that I have used for plumbing and routine AC work for years! These jokers came out to my home yesterday, & informed me that I needed a NEW AC unit… they quoted it at $11,000. I immediately got a bad feeling from the technician, as he simply did not seem honest. He barely looked at the unit, & came up with the conclusion that it was fried by lighting, & needed to be replaced. This guy tried to take advantage of my 80 year old mother.
