My mother called last night for an emergency. She was told someone will call her back. After an hour, no one called. She called the number back and was apologized that no one reached out. My mother told person on the phone that we got the situation handled for the ight and we will make do with what we have. Mother ended up calling first thing in the morning and was told someone will be out here by 1p. After 2pm, mother was told driver was in accident and vehicle got towed. I’m so disappointed, I’ve been using Aqua Plumbing & Air for years and this visit to change out one landscaping light that they had put in 2 years prior cost me 483.00 for one light. The fixture itself retail is 55.00. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of, our world is changing for the worst I fear and people charging exuberant amounts for everything. I can no longer say that would use this company. I don’t mind paying for things and I understand prices have gone up but really, 483.00 for one light? I just put new tires on ... read more

David is excellent. His level of customer service is superior. We highly recommend him. Aqua is a wonderful company with unparalleled service. Update: Graham Y came out and did the yearly service for our HVAC system. He went above and beyond to assist. PS Ashley and the entire office staff are also wonderful. We have been with them for decades. Since they do plumbing and HVAC, they do it all and by patronizing this company you can just have it all in one place.
