I talked to Gabriel about removing my backflow preventer valve. He said he would get the permit and report it to BSI. After 3 weeks of texting and calling him, he finally answered and said he wanted paid upfront for doing the job. I'm not paying anyone upfront. If he didn't want the job he should have said so in the beginning. Poor work ethic.

Dont use this company! you are better off paying a little more for service elsewhere! Roger will not provide an itemized receipt unless I pay him an extra $200 more for a receipt. That is a "shake down". I wish I could give him zero stars.
Called them for toilet repair was impressed because they came out right away. However, the very next day, the problem returned. It’s been three days of calling and not a single return call from them even though they have promised to return the call. Will not be using them in the future.
