Had a terrible experience there. As a newer pool owner with no background was puttied on the size of my above ground pool the. The worker was extremely rude when I asked about opening chemicals and what to do and refused to tell me anything as she needed a water sample. I was looking to get anything started and I felt belittled the entire time. Won’t go back.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this pool company and let me tell you, it was a total mess. The pool maintenance was sloppy and to top it off they were always late for appointments. Definitely not recommending this company to anyone looking for pool services.

I had my pool cleaned and chemicals checked as well, and I looked out the window and could see two of their staff acting unprofessional. I was able to overhear their names being mentioned by another member of the group, Robert and Anthony. I believe they might have been drunk or something like that.They were very very rude, and I definitely heard some racist slurs (I’m pretty sure it was the N word) while they spoke to each other. I had a highly disappointing experience with Robert Anthony, Tony, and the young girl from aqua pleasure. Their service was abysmal. They left multiple times for hours, causing significant delays and inconvenience they promised me they would get it done in one day they completed it in 3. To add to the frustration, I found dog poop in my yard afterward, despite not owning a dog. This incident suggests a complete disregard for my property. Their lack of professionalism and poor service means I cannot recommend them.

had a disappointing experience with the pool service team from aqua pleasure. Unfortunately, the three men crew who arrived were clearly intoxicated and exhibited unprofessional behavior. Their demeanor was aggressive and rude, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Despite their condition, the job was only partially completed, and their lack of professionalism was evident in the shoddy work.
