The woman I talked to was very rude and acted annoyed that I had questions about balancing my pool. Just terrible service. Won’t go back.
Had a terrible experience there. As a newer pool owner with no background was puttied on the size of my above ground pool the. The worker was extremely rude when I asked about opening chemicals and what to do and refused to tell me anything as she needed a water sample. I was looking to get anything started and I felt belittled the entire time. Won’t go back.
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this pool company and let me tell you, it was a total mess. The pool maintenance was sloppy and to top it off they were always late for appointments. Definitely not recommending this company to anyone looking for pool services.
I had my pool cleaned and chemicals checked as well, and I looked out the window and could see two of their staff acting unprofessional. I was able to overhear their names being mentioned by another member of the group, Robert and Anthony. I believe they might have been drunk or something like that.They were very very rude, and I definitely heard some racist slurs (I’m pretty sure it was the N word) while they spoke to each other.
