Nicholas and team have done a masterful job of keeping my pool clean for the last 2.5 years. The first 1.5 years was a challenge and the last one prior to BVO allowed calcium damage to our relatively new pool at that time. Since then, Nicholas has maintained and advised of what other things we can do in between the weekly service to help keep our pool in top shape. The reports and pictures solidify how our pool looks. Six months in and every visit has been on the scheduled day. Pool is clean, water is balanced, and the equipment is being maintained. That track record over six months is the reason I signed up for another year.
I would like to thank Aqua Oasis Pools (Dylan) for coming out to service our pool. They responded and arrived in a very timely manner and fixed our pool pump. Dylan was thorough and polite. He was knowledgeable and we are grateful to have our pool ready for summer!

I would like thank Dylan with Aqua Oasis Pool Service for his professional services replacing my Polaris pool vacuum pump. Dylan arrived timely, took the time necessary to perform the pump replacement in a quality manner was very pleasant throughout the repair service call and made sure everything was picked up and disposed of in his truck before leaving. I have been looking for a pool service company I can count on and I’ve found that company with Aqua Oasis Pool Service New Braunfels.
