Horrible Service – We have tried to use Aqua Mechanics for years. We bought a new liner from them 4 years ago that they half installed. My wife, 8 months pregnant, was left pushing the liner in as the pool was filled because their mechanics had to go to another job. Last season they opened the pool and didn't clean the filter out (I had to 2 weeks late when the water was not getting better). They closed our pool this past year and put a hole in the liner. Aqua Mechanics' Response to chchoby – Chchoby, we at Aqua Mechanics are very sorry that your pool liner was damaged and you lost most of your water this year. We certainly understand that you are unhappy about that. However, Aqua Mechanics' technicians did not punch the hole in your liner at the closing, nor did they crack your pool light lens. Great people They have always been so nice and helpful. They don't try to oversell us. They have actually talked us out of buying things we didn't need but thought we did. They are very knowledgeable . It's nice to know we can trust the advice they give us and not worry they are selling us things we don't need to up their profits.
