Sold me a part that does not fit and refuse to provide a refund. In April, a manufacturer sent me to Aquamax as a Maine distributor. They charged me in May, delivered in August but it was the wrong one, did not fit. Delivered a replacement in Sept but the replacement was the same wrong item on top of that I had to tell them that they had not even checked it. They offered only partial refund less shipping. But there was never any shipping, I picked it up myself from their location.
Left two messages about getting my water tested and they never returned my phone calls. So i decided to go with a company that called back in minutes. Terrible customer service. At least call back
Aquamax installed our equipment when they said they would and charged us $3000 less than another local company we are very pleased and recommend Aquamax to anyone with water quality issues
Brenda was completely unprofessional and rude. They call to move my inspection to a sooner date and then show up 2 hours past the time they set the appointment for. Brenda was quick with the blame and nonstop rudeness. Then to get a bill that is $150 for half an hour AFTER showing up 2 hours late. Installed our radon system and blocked the hose with silicon resulting in the system not working for over a year… There are lots of companies out there, avoid this one.
