We were so disappointed with our experience with Aqua Master. They were weeks late with their projected start date, meaning the rest of trades people had to be pushed back. They came on a day when we had torrential downpours and completely tore up our front yard and put down gravel for the excavator. I have a Freeflow spa which I needed parts for . I spoke to Devon and he asked me to send pictures of the parts I needed along with the measurements. I did this and after three days I phoned to find out If my parts were located. I was told he did not get the email. Ok so I sent it again confirming that he had received it. Well a month has gone by and no response. I have been a month without my spa due to poor service from this company.
Back in May, our family were in process of getting a pool and installed. It fell apart, I called a few places around Hrm to see if we would get pool installed for this summer. There were no guarantee, "yeses". I called Aquamaster and talked to the Sales person. I gave them my scenario and wondered if installation for summer could be done. She said they would talked to the owner. She returned my call and said, yes, it could be done in 4 to six weeks. We were very happy! Not great value. Paid them $250.00 in the fall to close my pool when I was in England. They did not bother tying down the cover. Blew off and the pool was full of leaves. I had to put a cover on myself. Promised this spring to fix. Paid them $275. To open pool. At the house 39 minutes! Did not remove leaves, did not fill pool. When I called to complain about the price and we're there for 39 minutes for $275. They cam back and removed some of the leaves. Very expensive service with poor results. Will not use again.
