We are locally owned carpet, upholstery cleaning and water mitigation services company. We serve most of Cuyahoga, Medina, Lorain, Lake, Summit Counties. We offer free over the phone estimate for carpet, rug, upholstery cleaning, or on-site free estimate for water mitigation service during normal business hours. We use truck mounted machine for most services and portable electric machine for highrise buildings. Since 2007 we served 1000's of customers without any bad review. Outstanding service when I really needed someone to come in and review the water damage in my home. Service was quick and personnel are friendly. I originally called roto-rooter, but was put in a queue where I wouldn’t receive service for another few weeks. When I called aqua master pro they came out the next day. I highly recommend aqua master pro for a quick resolution with honest input on the kind of damage you may have in your home.
This review is long over due. I interviewed a few water response teams for the work that needed to be done to my basement. After interviewed 6 companies, to me it was hands down Aqua Master. I did not choose the cheapest bid, but I choose who I felt was being up front with me and not sugar coating anything about what may be found after tearing out a part of my basement that had a raised floor and was finished. Vitaliy came to the rescue when I had a clean water flood in my basement and I didn't know what to expect having never experienced a flood before.
