Contacted to get price on replacing pool timer. Was told $150 for NON CUSTOMERS but was $75 fot CURRENT CUSTOMERS. Guess he doesn't need NEW CUSTOMERS He already has NEGATIVE reviews from his "Current customers" seems to LACK COMMUNICATION & gaining New Customers. Timer has been replaced by a PROFFESSIONAL, PROMPT & COURTEOUS Pool company who I am currently NOT A CURRENT Customer at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE
Service was going well then last week no one showed up. No response to text, emails or calls till today I'm told he was on vacation. No notification to the customer ahead of time and no customer service. There is a lack of professionalism in his responses via email. I ended up finding some one else to service my pool.
Guy kept saying he was going to come by and then never did
pool was never cleaned properly nor water was ever cleared ever!!!. over a 3 month period and pay for no good service and coming over taking things with out saying anything na keep your poor service
Very disrespectful and hang up on you. I needed services for multiple pools inground and above ground. Ofcourse i ask if they do above ground pools and as soon as i said that the man who answered said no and hung up left me talking. Tried calling back and he did not answer. Shame on this company and its employees. They need better customer service, and re train their employees to be prpfessionals.
