Brandon and Gab did and excellent job on my radon mitigation. They worked very quickly and left the workplace clean. The final product was very well done.
They can't provide proof of liability insurance. I would advise anyone and everyone not to hire AquaLock. They are destructive to your property. It took 20-30 hours to clean up the Trash, fast food wrappers, equipment boxes, buckets of gravel, dust, debris, and toilet paper they left in the basement after they were "finished". I will have to hire a Plumber, Electrician, and another foundation/basement waterproofing company to remediate the multitude of issues that were created by their work. PLEASE CALL AQUA LOCK FIRST for Radon Mitigation; I sure wish we had. Everyone we dealt with at Aqua Lock was professional, on time, courteous, and answered my many questions with a smile. Aqua Lock came into a mess in our basement made by a previous company and corrected our radon situation quickly, and in a very professional manner. Waterproofing was great. I will say that every person who has come into my house that knows anything about basements, has said they did a great job.
They do not stand behind their equipment, work or warranty. Installed waterproof system warranteed. Failed in less tha 2 yrs. they claim it is a battery that only had a 1 yr warranty. It is a Duracel Car Battery. We are heading to court. Beware of this company
