Aqua Lock Louisville team members Ken and John Installed our mitigation unit today. They were polite , professional and explained how they would install the unit and how long it should take. All I can say is they did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you to Ken and John and Aqua Lock for having such great team members.

We contacted Aqua Lock (Radon Mitigation) first week of November 2019 and we were told that they should be able to install Radon Mitigation system within 2- 3 weeks of our initial visit - after we were charged a 10% fee and signed a contract. I received a call within a couple of days, informing me that they would not be able to do this job until January 15,, 2021 and she told me; “I hope you’ll understand!” I told her “I thought this was supposed to be 2-3 weeks waiting – not 10 weeks!” She replied, “Yes, we are just so busy... read more

I'm glad I made the decision to call Aqua Lock. Their technicians, Jesse & Scotty were prompt and reviewed the quoted job before beginning. They were very courteous and answered all questions . They completed the job in the allotted time and did a thorough clean up. I would recommend Aqua Lock to others that have a similar need .
