Mike at the Brookfield Wi store was incredibly helpful and would recommend to anyone. I have a short term rental in SW Wisconsin and needed a new spa ASAP he got me going the same day and at the best price around. 1000% satisfied.

Unfortunately I’ve had a very negative experience with this company’s customer service team. We had a brand new hot tub arrive, filled with water, and wired by a professional electrician but it wouldn’t turn on. The customer service team will find every reason to not send a technician until they absolutely -have to- which involved calls back and forth along with pictures required to be sent of the wiring, that they’ll criticize, and the customer playing middle man. We started working with Mike at Aqua living Brookfield in January, he walked us through all of the options, price points etc. Once we selected a tub, he informed us that the one a step up was actually in stock at the warehouse and if we went with it we could get it just a few days later. To avoid waiting 4 weeks for one to be built and shipped, we agreed, signed the paperwork and paid for the tub.
