We started working with Mike at Aqua living Brookfield in January, he walked us through all of the options, price points etc. Once we selected a tub, he informed us that the one a step up was actually in stock at the warehouse and if we went with it we could get it just a few days later. To avoid waiting 4 weeks for one to be built and shipped, we agreed, signed the paperwork and paid for the tub. Mike Pinkerton, is fantastic easygoing sales professional. I highly recommend you consult with him before making a hot tube purchase.
Mike in the Brookfield office was great to work with - hot tub was delivered as promised and has lived up to all expectations. Installation was a little tricky as you can see it sits in my deck but all ended up well. This is our third tub in the last 40 years and would purchase from Aqua Living again.
