Mike was a joy to deal with, i think we will love our new tub
It took two weeks longer than expected to receive my hot tub. When I phoned the company, I was given the run around twice. Once it arrived, we began setting it up only to learn that they sent the wrong cover! When I phoned the shop, Mike said to just use the square cover and it would be okay until they get around to sending the correct one. The problem is the wrong cover does not completely cover the hot tub. You cannot run a tub that’s partially open.
