Update: Mike was able to get our swimspa delivered before July 31st. It came 5 Business Days sooner than I was expecting. The Factory updates throughout the process were much appreciated. If you are a first time buyer, I highly recommend talking with Mike. He is very knowledgeable. A good question to ask is if the factory is behind. I ordered a swim spa Memorial day weekend. Mike is helpful with the sale, we are still waiting for our swim spa to go into production. We were told 5-6 weeks and we have had to call multiple time... read more

I ordered a swim spa Memorial day weekend. While Mike is helpful with the sale, we are still waiting for our swim spa to go into production. We were told 5-6 weeks and we have had to call multiple times to check status. We were told on 6/22 that our swim spa would be in production in 1-2 weeks. We have not received any updates, so we called the store and they show production is still scheduled for 7/31. Delivery was quoted at 1600 and the company they use starts at 2200. If you are looking to get a hot tub, do yourself a favor and come to this place! Mike is amazing to work with! He listened and found us exactly what we were looking for at the price that was so much less than other places we looked! Great experience!
