Amazing customer service! Helped answer all our questions and even went the extra effort and got us some additional quotes for what we were looking for. Also great advice on chemicals in hot tub! Highly recommend!
First off the placing of the order for our HBSL hot tub was quite simple. However, when we discussed that we did not think we needed the ozonater option, the salesman emphasized the importance of this option and the need for the "N2 sticks". Based on his recommendation we paid for that option. Now the reason for one star. When I arrived at the agreed upon appointment time to pick up the tub, the salesman (Steve) did not act like he was expecting me and then indicated the delivery personnel had not arrived yet. I love my Catalina Freestyle Swim Spa. I look all over for a swim spa that could be kept cool for summer use. Thankfully I learned about this company. Aqua Living in Jacksonville has been wonderful to work with. Now I have a swim spa with a built in chiller. I look forward to keeping my swim spa at a cool 92 degrees this summer.
