We shopped around quite a bit before choosing a hot tub. We wanted a sizable one for our back deck renovation. Herb was excellent, very knowledgeable and always followed up with us on delivery. It’s been about 2 years now and we’re still happy! If you’re in the market- stop the searching and just go with Herb, he’s kind and helpful and was able to offer us an excellent deal.
Herb was incredible to work with! We’ve been looking for a replacement hot tub for months and Herb made the process so effortless. 10/10 service!
Herb did a great job showing us ALL of the hot tubs. He took the time to allow us to get into each one, and talked us through their features. He did not pressure us to purchase anything, and gave us the privacy we needed to decide. His positivity made it fun and easy. Aqua Living has a great sale going on — take advantage!
