Great experience
The most welcoming experience we have had. We have been looking for a hot tub and went to some local mom and pop places and didn’t get the experience we had today at Aqua living in Raleigh. Such a pleasure and delight to be treated with such open arms and complete honesty. We are so glad we went to Aqua Living for of hot tub. Highly highly recommend. Richard in Raleigh and Samantha in Durham North Carolina are the places to go! Excellent customer service and ultimately the best in welcoming feeling. Thank you
This has turned into a terrible experience. I highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company. They sell you on the floor model which is free of blemishes, missing pieces, stripped screws or any defects, THAT'S a brand new hot tub. But what they do is they say they're giving you a "new" hot tub, but it's likely one from their "nick and dent" section.
