Delivered a hot tub with different specs than what was sold to us, and it began leaking rusty water onto our new masonry work within days. Customer service repeatedly insisted hearing impacted customer call them and can't get the concept of hearing impairment. Garbage quality product, and disrespectful corporate customer support.
Had a bad experience with the original shipper when I bought a hot tub from Lowe’s. Scotty at Whisper Outdoor fixed the issue and had my hot tub delivered and installed in less than 48 hours.
Bought a swim Spa from Rich and the process from start to finish was fantastic. He answered every question and had and made sure to help me set everything up with great referrals. He even came to deliver the thing! The product itself has been great so far. It’s almost 2 months in and I love getting in it everytime. So glad I made the jump. Thanks Rich and Aqualiving!
Great looking Cart exceeded expectations
Met with Rich and told him what I was looking for and my price range. He grabbed his up to date list and showed me what was available. He worked through some issues with corporate to get my financing in and thanked me for my military service. No Pressure, just listened to my needs and constraints and got it done. If you are looking for a golf cart or spa you really need to contact Rich Sorenson for an honest, hassle free experience. He really loves what he does and it shows!
