It was nice to be able to go to the factory outlet & actually see the hot tub in person vs just ordering on line.
The sale of our swim spa went fine. It was the bad experience after the sale. And for that reason I do not recommend purchasing from here. Do your research thoroughly, visit other spa dealers. 1. After 1 1/2 months of our agreement we get notified that our swim spa is finally going into production. In the email it was stated that from this point on there would be constant communication and videos. That did not happen. Patrick is knowledgeable, customer oriented and superb to work with--strongly recommend this company! Fair prices, made in USA, quality spas with good warranty and reputation. So we just finished the purchase of our 21 foot C420 dual swim spa. Scheduled to be here in 6 to 8 weeks. Worked with Patrick at the El Paso store and he was extremely helpful all rhe way through this process. I won't be able to actually review the product until we get it, but so far so good.
