Do you want a wonderful Hot Tub buying experience!? Whisper Outdoor is the place to do it! Austin and Jason are not only friendly, they are professional “know it alls” about their line of tubs! They presented me a few options all at great prices! They narrowed in my decision to purchase a tub that fit to a tee what I was looking for! The price also came in less than I had budgeted! Everything I wanted at a price I couldn’t beat!

Worst customer service ever! Unbelievably bad. They delivered the spa weeks late with the panels all scratched up and said don’t worry it’s like that from the factory and they will replace them. Of course when I call they say we don’t warranty scratch panels. After I explained that they were the ones that scratched them and when they unpackaged, they were already scratched. They finally said OK and mailed me new panels and expect me to put them on. Of course, half the screws were missing or bent and could not be removed or w... read more
