I bought my first hot tub - a Catalina Carlton 6 - about a year ago and after tons of research I was still confused about chemicals and maintenance. My sales rep Mike Hauck was kind enough to sit with me and answer all of my questions. My tuff top cover was also unfortunately leaking steam from the beginning. I sat and chatted with Mike for a while about getting a hot tub. He was able to help me find a fantastic fit for my family and answered a number of questions, while also helping me narrow down what worked for me. The hot tub is awesome and the service (Mike, let's be real here) was fantastic. Will absolutely be coming back at some point in the future.
