Purchased a tub from Brandon Stevenson this week online. I called the Mckinney location and was direction to Brandon. My tub arrived today and filled it up with water and it has a bad leak. This is my second leaky tub from Aqualiving AKA LPI Inc in the last 2.5 years. They are basically asking me to play technician and try and diagnose the issue with the tub. Just got our hot tub. Installation crew was great. Patrick walked us thru all the hot tubs and never pressured us but found the tub we could afford. The tub is awesome and I have to tell everyone this company is great. Go talk to Patrick.
We are so happy with our hot tub. Installation crew amazing. Patrick talked us thru putting in chemicals on his day off. We felt so comfortable with the whole sale. No pressure like all the other places we visited. We just Love this experience.
Aqua Living is the real deal. I shopped everywhere and they are really Factory Direct. Went n met with Patrick in McKinney n bought a hot tub thousands less w. More features. We Love our Tub.
