We received our Swim Spa and we are ready for Summer. Installation crew was amazing and so professional. We went to all these shows and the fair and they wanted insane prices. My friend told me to go see Patrick and we were completely floored by prices getting from a factory. Patrick is so great. Everything he said would happen did. We tell everyone how happy we are. 10 stars in my book

Purchased a tub from Brandon Stevenson this week online. I called the Mckinney location and was direction to Brandon. My tub arrived today and filled it up with water and it has a bad leak. This is my second leaky tub from Aqualiving AKA LPI Inc in the last 2.5 years. They are basically asking me to play technician and try and diagnose the issue with the tub. I have asked for a resolution, my money back or new tub and they are doing nothing. I will be filing suit against the company in Dallas County is I do not get a resolve... read more
