I wanted to thank Jim & Debbie! My family is absolutely loving our Catalina Spa! This is not my first Spa, but this is by far the best I've ever had. We got the Catalina Nantucket model, It is extremely roomy and perfect for my family. I love all of the therapeutic jets for myself and my wife, but my kids are really into the lighting and Bluetooth music! I was very pleased with the sale and service of my Catalina model Jim was extremely helpful and went the extra mile.
Jim is a very knowledgeable and courteous salesperson. Our neighbors recommended seeing him and we purchased a PP41 with a Labor Day bundled package. We are looking forward to completing our patio addition and getting the spa. 😁
Jim and Debbie made the buying process extremely easy with no pressure. They answered all my questions, even though I came back three different times with more questions. Very patient and I appreciate that. I ended up with a Catalina Spa Carlton model and it is amazing! My neighbors had the same model for over three years and recommended it, he was right! I recently purchased the Catalina Carlton from Aqua Living in Port St Lucie and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jim and the team made the process easy, answering all my questions and making sure I understand the features and set up. The delivery and setup went smoothly, and the spa itself is fantastic- great build quality, powerful jets, and comfortable seating. After a few weeks of use, its clear this is a great investment. Highly recommend both Catalina Carlton and the team at Aqua Living !
