Me and my husband loved this place!!! We went for a golf cart and almost left there with a golf cart AND a jacuzzi/cold plunge combo. Jim was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. We were in the market for a made-to-order golf cart and Jim helped us get exactly that. Happy to do business here and looking forward to doing more in the future.
I wanted to thank Jim & Debbie! My family is absolutely loving our Catalina Spa! This is not my first Spa, but this is by far the best I've ever had. We got the Catalina Nantucket model, It is extremely roomy and perfect for my family. I love all of the therapeutic jets for myself and my wife, but my kids are really into the lighting and Bluetooth music! I was very pleased with the sale and service of my Catalina model Jim was extremely helpful and went the extra mile.
Jim is a very knowledgeable and courteous salesperson. Our neighbors recommended seeing him and we purchased a PP41 with a Labor Day bundled package. We are looking forward to completing our patio addition and getting the spa. 😁
Jim and Debbie made the buying process extremely easy with no pressure. They answered all my questions, even though I came back three different times with more questions. Very patient and I appreciate that. I ended up with a Catalina Spa Carlton model and it is amazing! My neighbors had the same model for over three years and recommended it, he was right! I also really appreciate the great customer service after the sale, Definitely recommending you guys!
