I knew nothing more than we wanted one. We went to see Shannon and she is the cats meow! She knows more about hot tubs/spas than Google. And she is super easy to talk to and explain wants vs needs and how to work with that inside your budget. Communication was super easy. Love knowing they’re made close by (in Tennessee) as well. Just go see her already and tell her Beth sent ya. Almost 1 year in and love our spa more every day!!!!!

Shannon was very helpful throughout the entire process, even accommodating my busy schedule with helping me pick out a beautiful hottub. I trusted her expertise, and never even saw it until it was delivered and she was right! I did spring for the extra sanitizing package and its been super easy maintenance!
