We were nervous about making such a big investment in a spa but Aqua Living made our experience so easy and fear free. The customer service is awesome. They took their time with us and made us feel no question was silly , while patiently answering them all. Erin could not have been better to work with. The installation couldn't have gone better. Stephen and Qwan were very knowledgeable and helpful. We definitely recommend purchasing a spa from Aqua Living.

We have had the best experience with Aqua Living! We purchased a hot tub for our luxury airbnb and it was important to us have top notch customer service that we could count on. We had many choices to go with but chose Aqua Living not only for the quality of hot tub but more importantly the personal customer support. I purchased 2 Hot tub/spas from the Lexington location for 2 separate properties. A Catalina and a Dr. Wellness. The service I’ve received from Michael, Erin and their crew has been excellent and I can honestly say above and beyond reasonable expectations. They even helped me with another Catalina I had purchased in Pensacola for a property in Gulf Shores. The product itself is great and of great value but the service is what puts them over the top.
