I did not buy my hot tub here, but they will get all of my future business. I needed a tiny part of a jet, I just walked in with my broken one and asked if they could help me figure out what to do. They had an entire jet left over from another job and just gave it to me for free, along with a piece of plumbing li e in case I need it, and explained everything I need to do to fix mine. They were soooo nice and helpful! It’s great to run into good people.
Aqua Living has went above and beyond to answer all questions that I've asked. They are not only knowledgeable about the product, but the sales department also genuinely wants you to enjoy your hot tub. I would 100% recommend Aqua Living if you are looking to purchase a hot tub in the near future.
The hot tubs and swim spas you get here are such a great value, and they're made only 4 hours away in Johnson City TN. We have a Catalina Berkshire ourselves and truly love it.

Erin, Michael, Steven, and Quan have been incredible to work with from the very beginning. They provide a great product with a hands on, engaging business approach.
