My wife and I bought the Catalina Spa from Erin and Michael, at Aqua Living Factory Outlet in Lexington Kentucky. After power was hooked up to the spa, we could not get one of the jet pumps to operate. Michael came to my house, 100 miles from their store and replaced the pump. The spa has operated perfectly since. They stood behind the product, and have a satisfied customer. Good product and good service.
Highly recommend if interested in getting a hot tub or spa to use this company. They have whatever you would want or need. Prices are the best around and you can’t beat their warranty!
I 100% recommend this location! Michael and Erin are,so very nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. We love our hot tub.
