We purchased a hot tub the first week of April 2026. The sales process was easy and smooth. I asked specifically when we could expect delivery. After checking the factory inventory, we were told the tub was in stock in the warehouse in TN and we would have it within 10 days. A couple of weeks went by and we still did not have the tub.
