With the LARGE # of options for hot tubs, we settled on Aqua Living as they had a couple of tubs that would fit our needs. Some folks are not comfortable purchasing from a “factory outlet” without the ritz of a typical showroom. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend Aqua Living as the cost, quality and service has been positive!
I bought a hot tub only 10 months ago and it’s leaking already. I called them and all they could say is that there is a 1 year warranty on parts and 6 months on labor. If they are really concerned about customer satisfaction they would take care of this problem without putting the customer who spent $10,000 dollars on a hot tub in the position of paying to fix it when it is only 4 months past the warranty date. I bought a hot tub over the holidays From Mr. Borrelli, and my family loves it! The Catalina Hampton is the best hot tub on the market! Would recommend anyone to stop by this location for a hot tub or golf cart purchase!
