I had an amazing experience choosing and buying my hot tub at this location. Particularly Jay, who helped me. He explained the different options to me in a way I could actually understand, which gave me confidence in my purchase. He offered suggestions based on my wants and did an amazing job trying to figure out ways to get me the most for my money while remaining within my budget. Great customer service. Best prices in the area. Financing was easy to set up and very advantageous.
Jay and Luke were fantastic. Both were helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on exactly what we were looking for. We visited three companies/stores in the same day and purchased from them. Also, the store had the best options, pricing and financing among th stores we visited. We highly recommend!

With the LARGE # of options for hot tubs, we settled on Aqua Living as they had a couple of tubs that would fit our needs. Some folks are not comfortable purchasing from a “factory outlet” without the ritz of a typical showroom. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend Aqua Living as the cost, quality and service has been positive!
