We picked up two hot tubs for our Airbnbs and Jay was super helpful, he was willing to flex to times that would work for us and kept communication very good and then we we got there he loaded the flat bed and helped us strap it down. Jay was super nice and very helpful. This is the kind of service you don’t get everywhere but when you get it, it just makes you want to leave a review, thank you Jay!

I had an amazing experience choosing and buying my hot tub at this location. Particularly Jay, who helped me. He explained the different options to me in a way I could actually understand, which gave me confidence in my purchase. Jay and Luke were fantastic. Both were helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on exactly what we were looking for. We visited three companies/stores in the same day and purchased from them. Also, the store had the best options, pricing and financing among th stores we visited. We highly recommend!
