We are very happy with our new Spa. The purchase was a smooth process with fast shipping and delivery. And the customer service has been excellent.
I was searching for new jets for my Plug & Power spa. I couldn’t find what I was looking for thru internet searches so I called the tech/support line. Although they were friendly and somewhat helpful, they directed me to an internet site that still left me with questions. I decided to call the sales office and talked to Roger Bostrom. He was more than helpful and even had the parts I needed in the outlet store. Made my day! Great service.
Aqua Living has the biggest selection of spas and the best prices in the business- but the best part is Roger- the Sales Manager in Reno! This guy not only knows what he is talking about, but he is patient and thorough when it comes to answering questions, and he is not pushy. We love our Catalina Berkshire! Highly Recommend!
