We saw a cold plunge tub at the fair and started our search. We found ourselves at Aqua Living Factory Outlets. Casey Carlisle was so amazingly helpful. He walked us through the process and I feel confident this purchase will be life changing for us as my husband was recently diagnosed with MS. Please stop in and chat with Casey. If you want a hot tub this is the place to go. A++++ in customer service. Very helpful and walking through everything.... I would highly recommend them.
I've been wanting a hot tub for many years and thought I could never afford it. Thanks to Aqua Living's fantastic Labor Day sale and more importantly Casey's impeccable customer service, I will be the proud owner of an HB 31 in 4 to 6 weeks. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! Have had my spa for 6 weeks and the company cant seem to get it together to provide me with a filter. Have called, texted, and driven an hour to the location multiple times, but til now they havent provided me the filters i paid for 6 weeks ago, only a filter that doesnt fit. Im at my wits end.
