I was passing through Sacramento on my way home to Oregon, and stopped in to ask a question. I didn’t even buy my spa at her store, but Alanna treated me like a longtime customer and it was very appreciated. Great customer service!
We purchased our spa last week and absolutely love it. More importantly, overall the cost was really inexpensive. Customer service was great. Easy with no hassle or pressure. We purchased our spa from Aqua Living over a year ago, and I just have to say that Alana’s customer service has been absolutely amazing — even long after the sale.
