They sweet talk you and act like they are your best friend until you get the $8k+ hot tub delivered. Our hot tub didn't work when it was delivered. My bf called right away for service, spoke with a lady that said a repair person would call us back, no one ever bothered getting back to us. He then called the salesman and left a message and he never returned his call. Thank goodness my bf is smart and figured out it was a blown fuse in the hot tub and replaced it. Had a great experience with Mark and Aqua Living. I had looked at several of makers and the Aqua Living Spa is definitely superior. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will be buying a second spa for my other house. Thank you for the great product and service.
