Ed was a great help to me as far as purchasing and picking out my tub I would recommend him to anyone
Very beautiful tub very easy set up got home with it on my trailer. We got it in our house and in four hours. I filled it with water wired it up myself and started running it. It was warm enough because I put warm water in it 101° so I could use it right awayworks perfect.
We worked with Ed and from the moment we walked in the door he was kind and extremely honest. We asked him all the questions we could think of as first time hot tub buyers and he made sure our minds were at ease. His customer service and communication was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend Aqua Living and especially Ed to others. THANK YOU.
Working with Ed and the crew @ Aqua Living Factory Outlets was fabulous. Communication is the key to success and Ed knocked it out of the park. We were looking for something that can handle the Wisconwintwrs and they gave us exactly what we were looking for. The cool thing is they kept in touch throughout the entire process.
