We worked with Ed and from the moment we walked in the door he was kind and extremely honest. Working with Ed and the crew @ Aqua Living Factory Outlets was fabulous. Communication is the key to success and Ed knocked it out of the park. Wow! This was the best place to go for a hottub. We have been wanting a new one for a few years now and have been looking everywhere. Way too many times we'd go into a Spa store, knowing what style/type we want, only to have a salesperson try showing us everything BUT the styles we liked.
