If you are looking for a hot tub Ed is the man to go see! He was very friendly and extremely professional. He listened to what we had to say and then gave us options of what he could do for us. He answered all of our questions and was very honest. He didnt try to pressure us into buying something more than what we needed. This has been a poor experience. I purchased my tub in October of 25. Production took longer than discussed. After the tub was delivered it did not work. We have been fighting to try to get help and customer service has all but disappeared. It has been a full month since delivery; 3 months since ordering; and I still do not have a working hot tub.

Great experience working with Ed. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Everything went smoothly from order to pick up. Gonna recommend Ed and Cart Nation to all of my golfing buddies.

Ed was Fantastic in helping my husband and I with abundance of questions! He was knowledgeable, patient, gave us time to review the nice screen in show room to access all the hot tubs in company. He was on top of emailing us all information we needed and even after helpful with all our concerns and questions. We recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlets and Dealing with Ed.

I have had such a great experience with Ed and this store. They have a wide variety of options and Ed had a lot of knowledge on which tubs would suit our needs best. Super friendly service that felt honest and not at all pushy. Delivery went great and I have no complaints at all. Will highly recommend this store to my friends and family.
