Samantha was a great help to us and very knowledgeable about the hot tubs
I initially gave a 5-star review after a very pleasant sales process but I am updating due to concerns. We were very clear about wanting a hot tub quickly and were told that at most it takes 3-4 weeks with most getting theirs much quickly. The sales rep will tell you a story of how a lady got hers in 2 days. We are at week 4 and I am growing concerned that this is a scam. I keep asking about the status and not hearing back. Where do I start!?! Samantha and Rich are both fantastic…we ended up getting our hot tub in 2 weeks. Love our Catalina Carlton. Definitely recommend!
