Delivered a hot tub with different specs than what was sold to us, and it began leaking rusty water onto our new masonry work within days. Customer service repeatedly insisted hearing impacted customer call them and can't get the concept of hearing impairment. Garbage quality product, and disrespectful corporate customer support.

I received my 250 gal Catalina hot tub in January and waited until now to post a review so I could experience the full cycle (set up, use, maintain, drain, refill). Our experience with Aqua Living was exceptional! Clear communication from start to finish. Set up was scheduled as I was available (along with logistics of filling and power connection).
