Highly recommend this company and the staff. Alex was very knowledgeable and responsive for all my questions. We have had our hot tub for about a year and have had no issues whatsoever.
Alex was fantastic. There are probably only two companies that I’ve ever dealt with that the customer service was probably literally flawless and this was one of them and it was primarily because of Alex. He is clearly very knowledgeable as well as very friendly. Will get back in touch with you right away and goes above and beyond in every possible way. I don’t think I could find a single bad thing anyone had to say in the reviews I looked at and I can see why. would definitely recommend
I was extremely impressed with the service and was completely satisfied with the salesperson Alex. He was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and concerns.
