Jason was great and helped me pick out the best hot tub for me. After the delivery and installation of the hot tub, Jason was available every time I called and texted him with questions and concerns.
Purchased a tuffspa a few weeks ago. I picked it up from their local yard. Pickup was super easy no issues whatsoever. Installation was very easy. I’m doing the 120v for now while the 240v gets ran. Jason answered every text I sent him and was very helpful along the way. My in laws have had a tuffspa for about 8 years now with zero issues. The choice was easy.
I’m so pleased with my Tranquility G2 spa that I purchased from Jason Thach at the San Marcos store. He made the purchasing process simple and enjoyable. I wasn’t sure which spa best suited my needs, but Jason asked all the right questions and got me set up in the exact spa I needed. The spa was built in Tennessee and shipped quickly from the factory.
