The sales process went smoothly but then the nightmare began. Upon delivery I was told that spa wouldn't fit so I was charged an additional $200.00 to take cover off which took no more than 5 minutes. Spa was damaged by delivery company while being brought into backyard and the responsibility was placed on me to coordinate repairs. Customer service is very difficult to deal with. I’ve been really happy with my Catalina hot tub. It heats quickly, the jets are powerful and relaxing, and it’s been easy to maintain. The build quality feels solid, and it’s honestly the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend it.
