Purchased a tuffspa a few weeks ago. I picked it up from their local yard. Pickup was super easy no issues whatsoever. Installation was very easy. I’m doing the 120v for now while the 240v gets ran. Jason answered every text I sent him and was very helpful along the way. My in laws have had a tuffspa for about 8 years now with zero issues. The choice was easy.
I’m so pleased with my Tranquility G2 spa that I purchased from Jason Thach at the San Marcos store. He made the purchasing process simple and enjoyable. Jason was a pleasure to work with. He helped us pick out the perfect spa and we love it. It just arrived yesterday. When it was delivered the bag that had our chemicals in it had opened and some of the chemicals spilled out into the bag. I messaged Jason and right away he already had another one ordered and will be shipped to our house. No hassle at all. I would definitely recommend buying from here.
