The factory claims that they had been telling Kathy that the tiles we selected were discontinued, and we needed to make a new selection. Never had heard anything about that. Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered the spa in July so it would be available in October. They told me to check back in September. I called once a week through September and then once a day for 2 weeks and they kept saying it should be there soon. Eventually, they said no one ever placed the order. So I reordered the same spa in October. It was supposed to be delivered in November. Then December. Then it finally showed up in January from a very sketchy person who didn't work for the company but just took side orders for deli... read more
