Purchase was fine and service was fine at the sale. Cover damaged on delivery( never made good). Paid the spa off in full and service is poor to non-existent. I can’t find anyone to service the spa and I’ve owned it 5 years now. I am trying to fix it myself.
I read about the Plug & Power PP31 Spa 3 Person Hot Tub and I must say it is the way to go!
