I just bought a golf cart today. I googled the place couple of weeks. Since then, I have been in touch with Justin W. This guy is a legend when it comes to customer service. I texted him for any possible questions and his response was always very informative. Today, I visited the place and bought the cart after few test drives. I was looking for a hot tub on the internet. Whisper spas had a 4th of July special with a $500 coupon and 40% off. I talked to Justin from the Oklahoma city location and my husband and I visited the showroom. We actually decided to upgrade to a model with all the bells and whistles. Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and then some. Can't wait to get it installed.
I purchased a hot tub in April 2026 was built for hot tub in May 2026 without actually receiving the hot tub. I spent hours on the phone, trying to prove that I did not have the tub. It was discovered that the hot tub was mistakenly marked delivered in the computer system. The hot tub had been sitting the warehouse marked as delivered over two weeks.
