Arrogant owner. Out of business now, I see. About time.
BE WARNED Hired Aqua Limo for 2 days of service for Friday night, July 1 and Saturday, July 2 2016. Our credit card was charged for both days. Aqua Limo never showed up to either booking. It is now Monday, July 11 and after calling since Friday , July 1, we have still not received a response or refund.
Garbage company. They didnt show up for our wedding, no return phone calls, no response to emails. This is a scam of a company. DO NOT book them for anything. If i could give zero stars i would have.
While our Limo actually showed up, the Limo's air conditioning was not working on one of the hottest day''s in July for our wedding. Our wedding party literally stood outside while we were taking pictures because it was cooler than in the Limo. Tried calling Don and Allison after the wedding to get a partial refund, but have not been able to get a hold of them since. I would not recommend counting on Aqua Limo for your services.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM. We booked this limo company for our wedding day, 10/22/16, and the limo never showed up. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I am currently battling to get my money back. I just filed a complaint against this company with the ohio attorney general's office. Hopefully Don will get what he has coming to him and be charged with fraud. If you have been ripped off by this company please file a claim!
