Everything went great, in our 12/1/21 yearly service appointment, with Aqua Life. The Technician arrived during the scheduled time. He was courteous and explained what he was going to be doing. He adapted to the situation, as needed and he had a great attitude, sharing in general conversation. I'm very happy with the service experience we were provided. Thank you.

When I was sold the system, the salesman told me that the water purification system was for both the water inside my home and the water outside of my home. Whenever they installed the system it was only for the water inside of my home. Then the salesman sold us on a lifetime warranty which he claims included maintenance which a year later we're finding out does not include maintenance and they want us to pay $160 for maintenance now. If we ever need a water softener again it would be smarter and cheaper to just to go through... read more
Excellent response to my initial contact when I needed service on a water softener that had been working well for 16 years. Customer service was proactive and responsive by phone and email. I was quickly notified when circumstances required rescheduling of my service appointment; received an email at 8pm and follow-up phone call the next morning.
