Omg. The worst opening for my pool ever. I had an appointment for the week of memorial day. They showed up 2 and a half weeks early. Insisted on opening the pool. The water level wasn't where it needed to be. The equipment wasn't out. I told them I wasn't ready. The tarp still had water on it. They did it anyway. They could not put the chemicals.so a week later I did what i could. I'm not a professional. My pool is green. I will never deal with them again.
Georgina Diaz what is my sales rep. initially call to have my old Hot tub replace and she did not suffocate me with any sales pitch But offer me alternatives to try to get it fixed. After we realize it not repairable, she guided me to the appropriate Hot tub based on my budget and space. As I was remote. Was concerned about removal and delivery timeframe which was fulfilled to a T. Georgina is absolutely amazing. She not only makes you feel welcome and comfortable, but she explains absolutely everything to the point. She sells you the products and writes things down for you. I would never go anywhere else.
I absolutely loved my experience with Aqua Leisure and their trusted , respectful and super knowledgeable and caring employees. (Georgina, Tal , Mike and Marvin). I have always dreamt of my dream pool and Aqua Leisure has truly made my dreams a reality. Mike and the crew did a wonderful job building our pool and he had to deal with a steep slope and rocky terrain.
