I'm hoping I am the only one that is having a really bad experience with Aqua Leisure Plus. I am going on a second season now with a hot tub that I cannot get in. I bought the "top of the line cover" (nearly $1000)suggested by the owner and it is stuck shut. The owner John has not made any contact with the manufacturer as he promised, I believe they are avoiding my calls because I call them from a different number and they pick right up even though a split second ago they were "with a customer".
